Telly Tattle: Geeta Tyagi joins the cast of Jagadhatri, to play Sonakshi Batra's stepmother

The new fiction show ‘Jagadhatri’, starring Sonakshi Batra as Jagadhatri and Farman Haider as Shivay, follows the journey of a young woman who is overlooked at home. She later transforms into a fearless undercover agent to solve crimes. Geeta Tyagi joins the cast as Rekha, Jagadhatri’s stepmother. “I’m portraying a woman whose life is shaped by her past and present choices. She isn’t your typical negative or positive character; she’s deeply human. At times, she’s stern and distant, but she also carries hidden emotions,” says Tyagi.
