Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav's Gurugram house was under fire in the wee hours of Sunday. As per reports, two bike-borne men fired around two dozen bullets at his house and fled the scene. While Elvish was not present at the site, cops quickly reached his residence and launched investigation.
25-30 gunshots fired at Elvish Yadav’s house
According to a report in India Today, the incident occurred between 5 am and 6 am on Sunday. More than two dozen bullets were fired by the unidentified assailants. Sandeep Kumar, PRO, Gurugram Police told ANI that three masked men opened fire at Elvish's residence, which is situated in Gurugram's Sector 57, and fled the scene. Senior officials have reached the spot and a swift investigation has been launched.

Elvish Yadav’s father’s statement
In the first official statement by the family, Elvish's father, Ram Avtar Yadav, told the media gathered outside his residence that the incident took place around 5:30 am-6 am, and all the family members were sleeping at that time. "Andaaza 25-30 goliyaan chali hongi," Yadav said.
He also revealed that Elvish was not present in the house when the incident happened and that he was not in town due to professional commitments. His father also shared that they had not received any warning or threat before the incident. Sharing details of the attackers, Yadav said, "We could see three men outside our house in the CCTV footage. One was standing ahead with his bike, while there were two who were outside our gate and fired the rounds.
This incident come after his close associate Rahul Fazilpuria’s house was also attacked. The two were caught in a 2023 controversy over the alleged use of snake venom at a rave party. After the incident, Elvish was arrested by Noida police and was later granted bail. He also released a statement calling all the claims against him baseless.
On the work front, Elvish Yadav recently emerged as the winner of reality show Laughter Chefs 2. The show starred him alongside Abdu Rozik, Karan Kundrra, Ankita Lokhande, Mannara Chopra, Rubina Dilaik, Ankita Lokhande and Abhishek Kumar.
