Nakuul Mehta and Jankee Parekh are the newest parents in town as they have finally welcomed their second child, a baby girl. They announced her birth with adorable pictures from the hospital. Not only this, but they even revealed her name. Nakuul penned a heartfelt note showering love on the little one and expressing the happiness of the family.

The Bade Acche Lagte Hain actor sent the internet into meltdown by sharing adorable pics. In first one, Sufi is seen affectionately holding his little sister in his arms. The carousel also carried a tender shot of Nakuul looking over his daughter as she slept peacefully, alongside a selfie of the couple taken just before Jankee went into labour. In his announcement, Nakuul wrote, “She’s here. Sufi finally has his Rumi. Our hearts are complete. 15th August 2025.” Quoting Rumi, he added, “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” Have a look:

Nakuul and Jankee had shared the news of their second pregnancy in June this year on Instagram. The collection featured a picture in which Jankee was cradling her baby bump while posing with husband Nakuul and son, Sufi. "The boy is ready for additional responsibility. So are we. We are accepting blessings, again," they wrote in the caption.
Several celebs congratulated the couple after they shared the news. Gauahar wrote, "Awwwww god bless, so happy for ur family. Many many congratulations." While Tahira Kashyap commented, "Congratulations you both! What lovely names (sic).” "So much love to all 4 of you (sic)," Dia Mirza's comment reads.

The couple tied the knot on January 28, 2012 in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony. They welcomed their first child, baby boy Sufi on February 3, 2021.
