Ahead of Amazon’s May 11 upfront presentation in New York, Prime Video today released Elle's exclusive images and its official teaser trailer. Elle is the highly anticipated prequel to the iconic 2001 Reese Witherspoon film Legally Blonde. The series premieres on July 1 on Prime Video. Ahead of the series’ debut, Prime Video has also ordered a second season of Elle.

Season One of Elle follows Elle Woods as a high-school student, before she was a fish-out-of-water at Harvard. The series takes place 6 years before the events of Legally Blonde.
