After a glorious showcase by designer Rahul Mishra on Day 1 of Hyundai India Couture Week (ICW) 2025, the fashion extravaganza continued on Day 2 with Roseroom by Isha Jajodia presenting their couture collection titled ‘Whispers of Love to Myself’.

Actor Tara Sutaria turned showstopper for the designer, making heads turn in a beautiful ivory-gold corset ensemble.

The collection, which “celebrated the profound strength found in gentleness”, was divided into four movements – ‘Dear Innocence’, ‘To My Becoming’, ‘With Love, Always’, and ‘I Am’.

Tara closed the show in an ivory-gold ensemble that represented the final chapter, ‘I Am’. The outfit featured an organza skirt embroidered with lace and Chantilly appliqué. However, the highlight was the 18K gold-plated corset, which was handcrafted over four months and was embellished with pearls. She styled her hair in soft curls, and a statement neckpiece added more drama to the look.

The collection by Isha blended contemporary couture with European romanticism. Lace corsets, veiled capes and tailored lace tuxedos made recurring appearances.

“These pieces are crafted not just to be worn, but to be remembered, lived in, and passed down, as whispers of love from one self to another,” the designer said in a statement.

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni walks for Suneet Varma

On the same day, designer Suneet Varma showcased his collection titled ‘SEHR’, with Riddhima Kapoor Sahni turning showstopper.

She looked elegant in a lehenga set featuring floral embroidery in pastel hues. A sheer cape elevated the ensemble. She left her hair open in a straight and sleek style. The subtle make-up and minimal accessories let the outfit take centrestage.

Speaking about the outfit with ANI, Riddhima said, "So this is not overly dramatic, it just resonates with what I usually wear to weddings and to other functions. It's something that I would wear because it's very comfortable.”

Suneet’s collection featured soft, flowing fabrics and twilight-inspired hues.
