Every year Indians celebrate Mother's Day with big enthusiasm and this year was no different but there were some aspects of how people dined that stood out including one Bengaluru diner who spent Rs 1,12,459 on food on the day.

The revelation was made by Swiggy as a part of its post-event report that also highlighted how overall food delivery orders grew by 26.24 per cent compared to Mother’s Day last year.
