Forget your lukewarm, run-of-the-mill brews. When talking about coffee, Harsh Mav, who designed the coffee program and is the head of operations at Stand By Coffee mentions that they are serving seven different types of coffee beans, sourced from Chikmagalur, each handpicked for a specific purpose.
Here one can witness baristas like maestros conjuring velvety Flat Whites and frothy Macchiatos, savour the Sea Salt Mocha's sweet-salty serenade, Bom Bons and Callebaut Hot Chocolate embrace your soul, while Biscoff and Nutella Frappes Cold swirl on a playful dance, the Yuzu Espresso Tonic, offer tantalising twists and for the coffee-curious, if you're in the mood to experiment with your coffee, you can try out coffee mocktails like Mogu, Arnold palmer, Ale, Cold Fashioned and Coffee Daiquiri.
One can try their cold brew, which is brewed for 28 hours. Beyond the bean, vibrant Hibiscus Iced Tea and soothing green teas like Oolong Rose and White Tea Saffron serenade your taste buds. They also offer soothing In-House Kombucha which fuels your well-being and boosts your immunity with each sip.
Stand By Coffee's buzzing live kitchen conjures up vibrant melodies of fresh fare of delectable sandwiches like Good Trip and Kimchi Melt. They also offer each sandwich in either a Hokkaido or Sourdough bread.
Stand By has a variety of fresh bowls like Burma Burma, Overnight Oats, Souvlaki or Cantina Bowl. Healthy multigrain dosas such as Goodfella and Kejriwal are multigrain dosas that are filled with finger millet and healthy ingredients such as spinach and goat cheese.
To compliment your coffee symphony one can indulge in crescent-shaped croissants - Butter Croissant Almond Croissant and Pain au Chocolat.
Crunch through a kaleidoscope of flavours in the Quinoa Bhel, or dip your spoon into the molten embrace of their Ooey Gooey Butter Cake.

One can also dive into the art of brewing and unlock the secrets of four distinct coffee bean origins alongside their coffee gurus at the Bloom Bar.
