The restaurant, they say, is the coming together of Ankita&rsquo;s natural flair for hosting and creating spaces where people feel welcomed and cared for, and Harshita&rsquo;s passion for cooking and culinary craft, and turns out it is their first restaurant venture.&nbsp; &nbsp; Chef Harshita trained at the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland and the Culinary Institute of America, her culinary philosophy is grounded in restraint and respect for ingredients. This can be seen in the precision used to make handmade pastas prepared using a careful blend of ingredients, &lsquo;00&rsquo; flour and durum semolina to achieve a true al dente bite. Dough is folded and rested deliberately, sauces are reduced patiently and wood fire cooking adds depth without overpowering.&nbsp;
Ankita curates the end-to-end guest journey, from spatial storytelling and service design to music and table styling, with a focus on how guests feel rather than just what they consume.&nbsp;

The name Adelina is inspired and imagined as the spirit of a young Italian woman, Adelina is warm, expressive, well-travelled and deeply rooted in family traditions through food, cocktails, wine and shared moments around the table.&nbsp;

Conceptualised in collaboration with Tejal Mathur Designs, the interiors draw inspiration from Italian countryside homes, layered with contemporary European dining aesthetics to create a space that feels timeless yet modern.
Spread across 6000 sq. ft. with seating for 120 guests, the restaurant has interiors with an art parody theme, where classical artistic references are reimagined with a playful twist.&nbsp;
From intimate booth seating tucked within the larger dining space to a private dining room (PDR) designed for intimate, private, and corporate gatherings.&nbsp;
A dedicated lounge space offers a refined setting for gatherings and special occasions. At the heart of its visual identity is the wood-fired oven&mdash;an ever-present source of warmth that aims to embody the soul of traditional Italian cooking.&nbsp;
<h2>Food and drink&nbsp;</h2>
The menu at Adelina moves effortlessly between comfort and refinement. A bowl of Minestrone, described is described as "a warm hug from nonna", offers nostalgic warmth with an elevated touch. The Beetroot and Goat Cheese Salad brings brightness and balance through simple, thoughtful flavours, while Scallops with Corn are paired with Chilli Marmellata for a subtle hint of heat. Gigli Arrabbiata, bronze-die extruded, delivers a slow-building warmth, while Polpette Con Polenta features lamb meatballs finished in a rosemary truffle sauce, rich yet balanced by the creaminess of polenta. Pappardelle Verde offers a fresh take on pesto with clarity and vibrancy, while Neapolitan-style pizzas emerge from the wood-fired oven with lightly charred edges and airy, structured dough. To finish, the Tiramisu is made with house-made savoiardi and layered with balanced notes of coffee and Kahl&uacute;a is served family-style, indulgent yet elegant.&nbsp;

The menu also features a refreshing House Limoncello Spritzer, made with the restaurant&rsquo;s in-house Italian limoncello, sparkling wine and soda, capturing the easy elegance of a classic Italian summer drink.&nbsp;
The wine programme, meanwhile, is a curated journey across Italy&rsquo;s coastline, capturing the distinct character of each region in every glass.
