Just as the summer sets in, the US celebrates May as National Barbecue Month. The cooking technique as well as its associated sauce is quite popular across the globe as well. Grandmama’s Cafe has long been a staple in the city’s gastronomical scene with its multiple outlets. Serving everything from American to Parsi delicacies, its menu caters to varied preferences. The BBQ Cottage Cheese Pizza (INR 410) has hickory barbecue flavoured cottage cheese while the BBQ Chicken Pizza (INR 450) replaces the cottage cheese with hickory barbecue flavoured chicken. Both pizzas, topped with mozzarella cheese, jalapeno, and sweet caramelised onions, are crunchy and saucy.
