The American festival of Thanksgiving is celebrated in Pune as well. The dishes have been made by culinary experts. Chef Amay Marathe from Hard Rock Caf&eacute; said, &ldquo;For Thanksgiving Day we have set a vegetarian and non-vegetarian combo. The salad for both will be the same &mdash; Roma Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella &mdash; and the highlight will be the Turkey Platter and the Turkey Jus which is popular among patrons.&rdquo; <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2012/nov/buffet.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 306px;" /> City eateries will offer a special buffet Hotel Vivanta by Taj Blue Diamond has also came up with a special menu and will also be presenting gift hampers as a token of u00a0thanksgiving. Chef Sachin Joshi from Vivanta Hotel Blue Diamond said that there will be a traditional buffet for Thanksgiving. &ldquo;The special dishes will be Turkey Roast Lamb, Turkey Roast with Gravy and Sweet Potato,&rdquo; he said.
