Inspired by Michelin-star chef Garima Arora’s exhaustive culinary experience in Bangkok, the new menu offers a fresh take on soups, salads, dumplings, appetisers, main courses and desserts, drawing from the Asian city’s everyday staples, traditional techniques and popular favourites.
