Vegan variety Pedder Road resident and former banker Yashita Suchde (32) will endorse health with vegan and whole-wheat cupcakes (R50-R70) at her stall Xocolat. Her line-up includes Dark Cocoa, Almond, Coconut and Hazelnut Flavoured Truffles (Rs 50 for 6, Rs 290 for 12). I love food and believe in having a Happy Belly,&rdquo; she giggles, adding that she&rsquo;s christened her stall as Happy Belly as well.
