Popularly known as Methi na Gota in Gujarati, this mouth-watering teatime snack is prepared easily at home with methi (fenugreek leaves), chopped green chillies, chickpea flour, crushed spices like coriander seeds and pepper corns. Add salt, sugar, and baking soda as per requirement and blend the mixture well. Put small portions of the mixture at one time on hot oil and deep-fry these. Once the ball turns fluffy and crispy, take in out and serve hot with tamarind and coriander chutney.
