It’s impossible to stay in Mumbai and not be familiar with Leopold Cafe. So iconic is the eatery that people living in the suburbs often wish they didn’t live so far away from the Colaba restaurant. But, now, we suburbanites have been compensated, in a way, with the opening of the second branch of Leo’s Boulangerie in Andheri, with the first one being in Colaba. The eatery is owned by Farzad Jehani, who also co-owns Leopold Café.

Once inside the cosy little bakery, a week after it opened its doors to the public on November 1, our eyes linger on the delectable spread of pastries, cookies, cakes, cupcakes and breads, while the delicious aroma of baked goodies wafts through the air.
