Deepak Nikalje (42), gangster Chhota Rajan's younger brother, and RPI candidate from Chembur, in his mandatory affidavit listed Rs 1.36 lakh as the price of a 1,525 sq ft flat he owns in Ghatkopar's upmarket Garodia Nagar. Residential properties are pegged at Rs 10,000 per sq ft in the area.
