Amid the ongoing loudspeaker row in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Tuesday termed May 4 a 'black day for Hindus' and alleged that the BJP is 'using' Raj Thackeray to create fissures among Hindus in the state.
