Maharashtra records 292 new Covid-19 cases, two deaths

At least 390 patients recuperated from the infection in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of recoveries in the state to 79,63,082

Maharashtra on Monday recorded 292 new coronavirus positive cases and two deaths, which raised its caseload to 81,15,834 and toll to 1,48,312, the state health department said.

The highest number of 153 cases were detected in the Mumbai circle, followed by 65 in Pune circle, 24 in Nagpur, Nashik 18, Kolhapur four and Aurangabad seven, the department said.
