Maharashtra signs Rs 400 crore MoU with Aggreko for major Pune facility

Aggreko India will invest nearly Rs 400 crore to establish a Global Engineering and Manufacturing Centre at Phulgaon in Pune, creating over 1,000 direct jobs in the next decade

Maharashtra is set to strengthen its position as a global manufacturing and engineering hub with Aggreko India announcing an investment of nearly Rs 400 crore in Pune, a move expected to generate over 1,000 direct jobs over the next decade.

As per the official statement, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Maharashtra government and Aggreko India in the presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at Sahyadri Guest House in Mumbai.
