IMD issues yellow alert across several districts in Maharashtra
The India Meteorological Department (IMD), on Tuesday, issued a widespread weather alert for Maharashtra, warning of rain, thunderstorms, lightning activity and gusty winds across multiple districts.
The IMD has forecast thunderstorm activity accompanied by lightning, light to moderate rainfall, and winds reaching 30-40 kmph at isolated places across the state.
