Maharashtra weather update: Heavy rain likely in Ghat areas, IMD issues alert for Pune and Konkan

Maharashtra continued to witness active monsoon conditions on Friday, with several regions recording light to moderate rainfall and cloudy skies prevailing across most parts of the state. 

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast indicates continued rain activity, especially over the Ghat regions of Madhya Maharashtra, where heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected at isolated places.
