Masturbating in the presence of another person is sufficient to infer sexual intent of an accused, a special court here has said while convicting a 60-year-old man in a case of child sex abuse.

Special judge for Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act cases, Priya Bankar found the accused guilty on August 29 and sentenced him to one-year imprisonment.
