Actor Dino Morea on Friday denied reports claiming that he was detained or arrested by the Mumbai Police Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in connection with the alleged Mithi River desilting 'scam'.

After several portals reported that Morea had been arrested following questioning by the EOW, mid-day contacted the actor through WhatsApp seeking a confirmation on the reports.
