Central Railway to operate traffic block between Umbermali and Atgaon on May 6-7; Mumbai local, express trains to be affected

The block will be in place during the night of May 6 and early hours of May 7, 2026. It will begin at 02:55 am and will go on till 04:10 am, an official statement said

The Central Railway's Mumbai Division on Tuesday said that it will operate a special traffic and power block between Umbermali railway station and Atgaon railway station on May 6-7 for infrastructure work.
The block is being undertaken to carry out portal erection work for the removal of an infringement near Signal S2, an official statement said.
