Marol residents see red over power outages in peak heat, may protest outside Adani office tomorrow

Residents of Church Road in Marol, Andheri East, have raised strong objections to recurring and prolonged power outages that have disrupted daily life over the past several months. The latest incidents, including a major power failure on the night of May 22 and another outage on the morning of May 23, have intensified public ire and calls for urgent intervention.
According to residents, the May 22 outage began at around 11 pm and continued until 3.10 am, leaving households without electricity for more than four hours. Soon, another disruption struck the area on May 23 morning, with residents being informed that power restoration could take until 4 pm.
