Mumbai witnessed light rainfall over the past 24 hours, while civic authorities responded to multiple rain-related incidents, including short circuits, tree falls and partial house collapse complaints, according to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's (BMC) latest monsoon situation report.
