Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Varun Sardesai has voiced strong criticism against the Maharashtra government over the deteriorating condition of government residential colonies in Mumbai. 

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Sardesai questioned the rationale behind the hasty eviction of employees from dilapidated buildings without providing adequate rehabilitation or beginning timely repairs.

इमारती जुन्या होऊन त्यांची डागडुजी नाही, स्वच्छता नाही. एका मोडकळीस आलेल्या इमारतीतून दुसऱ्या मोडकळीस इमारतीत पाठवले जात आहे.
