Over 1 lakh patients cured of COVID-19, says Uddhav Thackeray

Uddhav Thackeray said the state government will continue the Shiv Bhojan thali at Rs 5 per plate for another three months

Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday took to Twitter to inform that over 1 lakh people in the state have been cured of coronavirus. To date, Maharashtra has over 1.9 lakh cases with over 75,000 active cases. The state has so far recorded over 8,000 fatalities.

Sharing the good news, CMO Maharashtra in a tweet said, "1,01,172 patients have been cured of COVID 19 & have returned home. This number stands crucial as humanity is fighting against an invisible enemy."
