Director Anthony D'Souza u00a0unaware about Blue's Abu Dhabi premiere even though film festival website confirms it

While the official website of the Middle Eastern International Film Festival (MEIFF) states that Blue will have its world premiere in Abu Dhabi on October 14, director Anthony D'Souza seems to be blissfully unaware.

"It has not been confirmed as yet," said D'Souza. When informed that the screening has been mentioned by the festival organisers on its website and media releases sent, he said, "Good for them!"

Royal treatment

Sources from the MEIFF, however, maintain that Blue has been confirmed for a red carpet premiere at the Emirates Palace Hotel.
