Chavan, a student of <?xml:namespace prefix = "st1" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Swami</st1:placename> <st1:placename w:st="on">Vivekanand</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">College</st1:placetype></st1:place>, Chembur, scored 580 marks out of 600 in the HSC examination.

The Ghatkopar resident scored 96.33 per cent. While Lekha Murlidharan of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Ruparel</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">College</st1:placetype></st1:place> scored 96.17 per cent to take the third spot. <o:p></o:p>
