'Switch to EVs, adopt work-from-home,' says Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde after PM Modi’s fuel-saving appeal

Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde on Thursday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to citizens to use diesel and cooking gas carefully amid the prevailing war-like situation in the country.
She said the Prime Minister has encouraged people to switch to electric vehicles wherever feasible and promote work-from-home practices to reduce fuel consumption and ease pressure on resources.
