The mayor stated that the Prime Minister has encouraged people to switch to electric vehicles wherever feasible and promote work-from-home practices to reduce fuel consumption and ease pressure on resources

Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde on Thursday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to citizens to use diesel and cooking gas carefully amid the prevailing war-like situation in the country. 

She said the Prime Minister has encouraged people to switch to electric vehicles wherever feasible and promote work-from-home practices to reduce fuel consumption and ease pressure on resources.
