A day after MiD DAY reported how Sheru Aangrish, promoter of fitness company Sheru Classic Production, had cheated two celebrity fitness instructors of Rs 1 crore, the Indian Body Builders Federation (IBBF) too has come forward and complained against him for misusing their name at Sheru Classic, an annual bodybuilding event organised by him in Pune, scheduled to be held this weekend. <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/oct/Sheru-Aangrish_2.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 649px;" /> In trouble: Sheru Aangrish. On October 23, MiD DAY reported how Kris Gethin, a UK national, and his wife Marika Johansson lodged a complaint against Aangrish for failing to pay them the substantial amount to help Hrithik Roshan train for his upcoming film Krrish 3 (&lsquo;Agency cheats Hrithik&rsquo;s fitness trainers of Rs 1 crore&rsquo;). <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/oct/paper_12.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 604px;" /> u00a0MiD DAY report on October 23, 2013 It has now emerged that Aangrish was misusing the name of the IBBF following which, Chetan Pathare, general secretary, IBBF, approached the Cyber Crime Cell and issued a complaint letter against Aangrish. Pathare alleged that Aangrish had falsely used IBBF&rsquo;s name to promote his event to be held at Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sports Complex, Balewadi stadium in Pune. &ldquo;On his website, Sheru has claimed that his event was supported by the IBBF, which is not true. I received some calls from my associates confirming the same. After this, I approached the Mahim police, who directed me to the Cyber Crime Cell and on October 17, I submitted a written complaint to them,&rdquo; said Pathare. Pathare added that people browsing through Sheru&rsquo;s website would assume that the IBBF supported the event and would buy tickets for it. &ldquo;Additionally, people will be lured to the huge expo of the protein supplement, which he has set up,&rdquo; Pathare said. Pathare said that the next day, the investigating officer called up Sheru and made inquiries to which Sheru said that his web designers based in Canada added IBBF&rsquo;s name to the website. &ldquo;After the complaint, he removed IBBF&rsquo;s name from the event,&rdquo; said Pathare. The other side Sheru said, &ldquo;I have given my statement to the police. There are 2 IBBFs in India (Indian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation) and (Indian Body Builders Federation). My website is developed by a Canadian-based company and because of the two bodies, the company made a mistake. I am in association with the Indian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation.
