While the world's richest cricket board fights attempts to bring it under the ambit of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, an RTI application filed with the Income Tax (IT) department has revealed that the cash-rich Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) owes a whopping Rs 550 crore in arrears to tax authorities
