Khan Sir gets interim relief as Patna court stays arrest in coaching centre firing case

A Patna court has granted interim relief to educator Khan Sir by staying his arrest in the coaching centre firing case. While his anticipatory bail plea remains pending, the court directed police not to take coercive action and sought the case diary and his criminal record

Patna court grants interim relief to Khan Sir on Tuesday (File pic)

A Patna court on Tuesday granted interim relief to popular educator Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir. The Patna court stayed his arrest in connection with the recent coaching centre firing case. 

According to IANS, the District Judge's court pronounced its order on Tuesday after reserving its verdict on Khan Sir's anticipatory bail plea following a hearing on Monday.
