Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Wednesday will present a "paperless" budget for the third consecutive year. The Finance Minister was seen with a digital device instead of the traditional 'bahi-khata' in her hands.

Wednesday's Budget will be Sitharaman's fifth Budget presentation as Finance Minister.
