The Delhi Assembly received a <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-crime-news/article/mumbai-on-high-alert-mumbai-police-on-high-alert-after-bomb-threat-call-terror-warning-on-social-media-23643322" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">bomb threat</a> via email on Tuesday morning, and it was found to be a hoax after a thorough search, police said.
The threat was received at 8:39 am, following which security agencies were alerted and necessary checks were initiated, they said.
Sources said Assembly Speaker Bijender Gupta received the email.
