I-PAC co-founder Pratik Jain moves Calcutta High Court against ED after raids

Hours after the Enforcement Directorate raided I-PAC’s office and his residence in Kolkata, its co-founder Pratik Jain filed a counter-petition in the Calcutta High Court challenging the central agency's operation. ED has also accused CM Mamata Banerjee of misusing her position

Hours after the ED raided consultancy firm I-PAC's office, Pratik Jain, the co-founder of the election strategy agency, on Thursday afternoon filed a counter petition at a single-judge bench of the Calcutta High Court against the Enforcement Directorate (ED), news agency IANS reported.
