GRP cop finds Rs 9,000 at ATM, returns it to bank

The constable noticed the corner of a currency note peeping out of the cash slot in one of the machines. when he tried tugging at it, nine Rs 1,000 bills popped out.

The much-maligned men in khaki have their moments of morality. And the man of one such moment was Government Railway Police (GRP) constable Prashant Doiphode, who returned Rs 9,000 to a nationalised bank after finding the cash trapped in one of its ATMs.
