On Monday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy cast his vote saying that vote for that governance, which would lead to a "brighter future." Per an ANI report, he voted at Jayamahal Anganawadi Polling Booth No. 138 in the Kadapa Constituency. From this seat, Congress's YS Sharmila, TDP's Chadipiralla Bhupesh Subbarami Reddy and YSRCP's YS Avinash Reddy are contesting elections. Sitting MP YS Avinash Reddy of the YSR Congress Party is pitted against state Congress chief YS Sharmila. Sharmila is the sister of YSRCP leader Jagan Mohan Reddy and the daughter of former Andhra chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Jagan and Sharmila Reddy's cousin is Avinash Reddy. Chidipiralla Bhupesh Reddy is the candidate put out by the Telugu Desam Party. The TDP have an alliance with the BJP for this seat.
