Magnitude 3.5 earthquake jolts Maharashtra’s Hingoli district; no casualties or damage reported

A mild earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale struck Maharashtra’s Hingoli district on Saturday morning, officials said. No casualties or damage to property were reported following the tremor.
According to officials, the earthquake occurred at 11.26 am at a depth of 5 kilometres. The tremor was felt in parts of the district, prompting residents to step out of their homes as a precaution.
