Railways to lay foundation stone for Pune yard remodelling, 6 new platforms on Wednesday

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will lay the foundation stone for Pune Yard Remodelling and construction of six new platforms at Pune Railway Station on June 17. The Rs 473 crore project aims to expand capacity, decongest the station and upgrade passenger amenities

Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting and Electronics & Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw will lay the foundation stone for Pune Yard Remodelling, construction of six new platforms and other infrastructure works at Pune Railway Station on Wednesday, according to Central Railway.

The ceremony will be held in the presence of other dignitaries.
