Phulbani (Odisha): A 15-year-old tribal student of a government-run residential school in Odisha's Kandhamal district was found to be five months pregnant by the authorities, following which a case of rape was registered against a distant relative of the girl.

According to police, the mother of the class 10th girl, who is a student of a school at Badagan in the district, lodged a complaint against a youth on Saturday accusing him of having raped her daughter.
