The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has signed a three-year MoU with Mission Rabies India to strengthen rabies control in Mumbai. The partnership will provide free anti-rabies vaccination for stray dogs, along with surveillance, awareness campaigns and other preventive measures

As part of the three-year collaboration, Mission Rabies India will conduct mass anti-rabies vaccination of stray dogs, rabies surveillance, public awareness and education campaigns, and initiatives to promote preventive measures against the disease. PIC/X
