National chess sensation Bhakti Kulkarni on Monday tied rakhi to Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant at his residence on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
Sawant also celebrated the occasion with Bharatiya Janata Mahila Morcha Karyakartas.
