Gowda, Luka fall short in Diamond League

Discus thrower Vikas Gowda and 800m specialist Tintu Luka both had a disappointing day in the second leg of the prestigious Diamond League Meetings series.

Gowda’s best attempt of 61.97m could only assure him of sixth spot while Luka finished ninth among 10 competitors with a time of 2:03.61.
