Maharashtra Cycling Association (MCA) secretary Suryakant Pawar has threatened self-immolation after the Maharashtra Olympic Association (MOA) denied affiliation to the state cycling body. Pawar, a Shiv Chhatrapati Awardee, alleged that MOA officials are not giving identity to the elected body due to which MCA are unable to conduct state-level competitions.
