As per the latest development in the case, the Bombay High Court has issued an order against Vidnyan Mane in the Rs 10 crore defamation case. Palash's lawyer, Shreyansh R Mithar,e confirmed the news to Hindustan Times. Palaash had earlier reacted to Vidnyan's claims via a note on social media, revealing that the legal notice was sent by his lawyer, Shreyansh Mithare. Addressing the accusations and dismissing Mane's claim, he wrote, “In light of the allegations made by Sangli-based Vidnyan Mane on social media, I wish to state that these claims against me are entirely baseless and factually incorrect.”

According to PTI, Mane had approached police in Maharashtra's Sangli district alleging that he was cheated by Palaash. The complaint stated that the two met in December 2023, where Vidnyan showed interest in co-producing Palaash's film Nazaria. Vidnyan also alleged that Palaash cheated on Smriti Mandhana during their wedding festivities, adding that the singer was beaten by Indian women cricketers for the same.
