Neha Harsora gets candid about her journey with the show Udne Ki Aasha. The actress shared how her character Sailee resonates with her and she enjoys playing the role

Neha Harsora has garnered immense love for her character, Sailee, in Udne Ki Aasha. In an exclusive chat, the actress gets candid about her acting journey, working with Kanwar Dhillon, and more. Here's what she shared:
On completing 500 episodes with Udne Ki Aasha
Neha on completing more than a year with the show, "It's been 1.5 years since we started the journey of 500 episodes. But I didn't realise how much time had passed. The same people, the same unit, the same team, the same directors. It's a good feeling that people have been consistent. People have not changed much. And even with respect to the cast and everyone, they are also very nice. And they have still been the same way they were on the first day. Now it feels like family only. I feel very good that they are the same people. The same way they were, they are grounded the same way they were on day 1. And our togetherness, getting up, sitting, playing, eating, drinking, everything. It's been great. It has been nothing but a blessing, I say, to be here and to be Sailee and to work with this production house."
On working with Kanwar Dhillon, "I know. I myself didn't see that much daily soap. I am still very unaware about people. But the day I had a mock shoot with him. And I remember I liked his vibe more. I was like, he is, I think, a better Sachin than anybody else. And he has come out. He has made a very good place as Sachin Deshmukh. It was later that I came to know that he had done a show at Pandya store, which is a very well-known show. It was a different experience for me. But when I came to know, it was good. Out of 4-5 people, I wanted him to be the one. So, I was happy that he was the one. And since we have started the shoot, it has been a very fun zone. Wherein laughter, happiness, everyone is doing their work."
Neha wishes to explore her acting career
Plans on exploring roles in her career, "Whatever opportunity I get, I want to do all those things. I am getting to do a lot of things here as Sailee. So, it's not that I am feeling like I am running out of time to experience or try something new. I enjoy this character a lot because of the relatability factor that she has with Neha, also. I personally feel her. In future, whenever I get an opportunity to explore. I will obviously look into some new opportunities. And I would want to try something new or some new characters. And explore myself also as some other character. So, I don't have any particular mindset. That I have to do this or I have to do the daughter-in-law. Or a timid zone or a shy zone. I would want to try all the different sorts. I would want to try comical. I would want to try a thriller. I want to do everything. It's not that I have to stick to one place."
It's a dream come true for Neha, "I had never thought of this much for that number one position. Or even after having the same experience. I used to see shows on Star Plus. I had never thought that I would become a daughter-in-law of Star Plus. And so much will happen in such a short time span. Such awards are being facilitated. People have a craze for Sailee Sachin. I always wanted to lead Star Plus and all that. I have been blessed with more than what I have asked for. I feel very grateful and blessed. And at the same time, I am not able to explain this feeling. I had a small dream that I wanted to work in TV. But TV has given me so much. In such a short time. "
