<h2>Tips for beginners</h2>
&gt;&gt; Start with fresh beans. Check the roast date, and try to brew within four to six weeks of roasting. &gt;&gt; Change one thing at a time, such as grind size, dose or water temperature, so you know what made the difference. &gt;&gt; Keep notes; a line or two on what you brewed and how it tasted. &gt;&gt; Be curious, not snobbish. &gt;&gt; Have it mid-morning, after breakfast or a little after waking. &gt;&gt; Drink it fresh. Sip it hot, and then as it cools to experience flavours &gt;&gt; Try it black first. Then, add what you like.
