As soon as you enter the plush new eatery at the Radisson, you will be handed an iPad to place your order.u00a0 <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2012/nov/Churros.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 378px;" /> Churros Choose from offerings of nachos, burritos, enchiladas, tacos and fajitas from the virtual menu or browse through descriptions of juicy tomato salsa and tart sour cream. To place the order, you just have to press a button. If hunger gnaws, you can start off with the condiments on your table. The sour cream was a perfect blend of smoothness with a tinge of lemon. The guacamole had the freshness of avocado with chunky chopped veggie bits. The tomato salsa was average while the salsa verde was for those who enjoy the spice of chillies. <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2012/nov/Chilli-Con-Carne-Nachos.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 362px;" /> Chilli Con Carne Nachos By the time we were done exploring, the starters arrived. The Veg Flautas ('295 plus taxes) were lightly stuffed crisp rolls fried to a golden brown. The Chilli Con Carne Nachos ('325 plus taxes) were a plateful of childhood memories. Crisp nachos topped with olives, jalapenos and a beef bolognaise of sorts; it was bite-worthy and spiced just the way we love our kheema. The pitter-patter of a fun conversation flowed on in the backdrop as a bright, green pitcher of mojito passed by. The Sizzling Prawns Fajitas ('425 plus taxes) included fat, pink prawns in a medley of colourful peppers, onions and mushrooms. Expectantly, we began assembling our fajitas. The refried beans and the Mexican rice made a great base, as the prawns mix added volume and flavour. The guacamole and sour cream complemented the spicy, hot and juicy preparation. <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2012/nov/Flautas.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 361px;" /> Veg Flautas Our Chipotle Soft Shell Tacos ('385 plus taxes) seemed fragile. Gently stuffed with a sweet and tangy mix of shredded chicken, they were perfect if you are looking for a hassle-free dining experience.u00a0While the food hit the right chords, we expected the same from dessert. It didn&rsquo;t meet our expectations. The Churros ('195 plus taxes) seemed to be our sole option on the standard-fare menu and they were served with a sugar-dusted veil with a bowl of chocolate dip. They did impress. We have only had crisp and crunchy cookie-style churros so far but these were soft, warm and melt-in-your-mouth.
