Then, you might want to check a new subscription service, launched by Worli's Ellipsis Bakery, which will deliver bread at your doorstep.

"Breads are a staple in every household and eaten on an almost daily basis. We noticed that many of our customers were coming in on a bi-weekly basis to only purchase our all-natural bread. We wanted to make it more convenient for them, so we decided to start the service," says bakery owner, Sanjnaa Talwar.

Breaking bread
While the bakery stocks nine varieties of breads, three of them are part of the subscription model. These include Crunchy Gluten Free, Multigrain and Whole Wheat. "We use ingredients like whole-wheat flour, unbleached bread flour, rye flour and rice. The breads are hand-made without any preservative," informs Talwar, adding that their shelf life is for five to seven days, when refrigerated.
